I’ve made this twice in the past week, it is so delicious and so simple! You have to try it!

What you need:

  • 1 lb of Spaghetti
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • S&P
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Cherry Tomatoes


-Boil water (add salt and EVOO to flavor the pasta)

-Once water comes to a boil, add the spaghetti

-While the pasta is cooking, heat up EVOO and a pad of butter in a sauce pan (enough olive oil to cover the pan)

-Mince up 3 cloves of garlic (depending on how much you like garlic) I LOVE IT.

-Add garlic to the oil and cook until you can smell the garlic, take the pan off the heat and set aside. (The garlic will continue to cook in the oil, and you do not want to burn it!)

-Once spaghetti is cooked, strain, and place in a mixing bowl.

-Mix the pasta with the garlic oil, 1 cup of grated parm, 1 tspn of salt, a tbspn of pepper, and a tspn of italian seasoning.

-Add cherry tomatoes at the end
